Skills Assessment and Management

EdMentor will work with your organization to carry out any or all of the following tasks:

Conduct a skills assessment of the members of your project or organization

Build an inventory of the skills possessed by the employees in your project or organization

Map the available skills to the skills needed by your project or organization

Determine the skills lacking (skills gap) in your project or organization

Formulate an education and training plan to close the skills gaps

Deliver the necessary customized training and education to cost effectively and efficiently close the specific skills gaps
